Your phone number is highly desirable in case we need to reach you directly.

You will receive confirmation of your order availability and total amount due. (California residents must pay sales tax)

You can pay by:

• Personal Check (payable to Attard's Minerals)
• Money Order (including International Money Order)
• Master Card
• VISA
• Discover
• American Express
• International Postcheck
• Other ways if appropriate like direct wire deposits (enquire if needed via our email)
• Never send cash through the mail or other carrier!

Please let us know your payment is coming so we reserve the item for you.

If questions with payment from outside the US, please let us know; we are usually able to make arrangements necessary so you get no hassle. We have some items at distributors in other countries to simplify getting them to you.

If using Credit Card please supply Account number and Exp date.

This is probably best done by phone - even though we are told our e-mail is secure for credit cards. Overseas Customers please e-mail us first if the cost of a phone call or time zone is an issue: we can easily remedy that. Your credit card receipt sent to you with the invoice, will only have the last four digits of your account number for reasons of security.

Items are sold on a first-come first-served basis. Items will be held for up to 8 days pending arrival of payment if paying by Check or Money Order. We will not sell to anyone else the items reserved for you pending receipt of your funds within those 8 days even if somebody else offers instant payment. Please let us know if you expect postal delays as in case of mailing from overseas. Please do us the courtesy of letting us know if you change your mind regarding a purchase so we can move on!

We guarantee satisfaction with our minerals and other items. If you are unhappy with your purchases, you may return them within 10 days of your receiving them, and your money, less shipping costs, will be refunded. Please insure all returns! Returned minerals must be in the original condition and with their labels. In the very unlikely case of you receiving goods broken in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and before returning them to comply with carrier regulations.
